- Teeth polishing: Your teeth are polished for aesthetic purposes.
- Flossing with dental flosses.
Teeth cleaning helps prevent bacteria from building up on the gums, which ultimately leads to gum disease. According to American Dental Association, a person is recommended to have their teeth cleaned by the dentist at least twice a year, or once every 6 months
